Sage = “to heal” or “to save”

How to use the sage stick:

  1. Light the sage with a candle, lighter, or match.

  2. Hold it downward at a 45-degree angle.

  3. Let the sage burn for few seconds.

  4. Blow out the flame.

  5. Start cleansing your aura and your space.

  6. Place the sage in a heatproof dish to let it burn.

Tips:

·       Open a window if you're using it to "clear energy" (many people like the symbolism of the smoke carrying things out).

·       Always place it on a heatproof surface like a ceramic holder, abalone shell, or incense holder. Never leave it burning unattended.

How long with a palo santo stick last?

·      A little goes a long way. One stick can be reused many for many weeks, even months depending on how often you use it.
